Hitech Bond
Fly Ash Blocks, also known as Autoclaved Aerated Concrete (AAC) blocks, are a popular eco-friendly alternative to traditional bricks. Made from a blend of silica, quicklime, and cement, these blocks have excellent thermal insulation and are lightweight. The process of autoclaving solidifies the aerated mixture, ensuring superior strength and stability. Fly Ash Blocks offer environmental and performance advantages over traditional masonry options.
With their exceptional insulation, reduced weight, and sustainability benefits, Fly Ash Blocks are an excellent choice for modern construction, offering both environmental and performance advantages over traditional masonry options.

Hitech Bond Technical Specifications
Our high-performance building materials are designed to deliver exceptional strength, durability, and energy efficiency. With a compressive strength of ≥4.0 N/mm² and an oven dry density between 560 and 640 Kg/m³, they provide robust structural integrity. These materials ensure optimal sound reduction (37-42 dB) and offer up to 4 hours of fire resistance for 150 mm walls without plaster. Additionally, they boast excellent thermal performance, featuring a low thermal conductivity (K-value) of 0.16-0.21 W/mK and a thermal resistance (R-value) of 0.95 for 200 mm walls.
With a modulus of elasticity of 2040 MPa, minimal drying shrinkage (0.04%), and a sound transmission class rating of 44 dB, these materials are ideal for enhancing both safety and comfort in modern constructions.
